We visited Mogador many times for the last 15 years and it never disaponted. Despite the crowd, the service was excellent. But the salads i wasn't too impressed. Lamb tagine and merquez sausiges are the best. we had a great meal at this café , really quality food and fast staff , must try the chicken with olive tagin it was delicious , will visit again . Hope you enjoyed it! I highly recommend and it is truly worth the wait. This Moroccan place has a good ambience and very polite and attentive staff.

Its a totally low key, off the radar spot, but can also get crowded and a little chaotic. The combination of 2 salads, hummus, eggs...and pita bread are delicious.
After half an hour of waiting, which was totally fine because the restaurant is only a few minutes walking distance from the river (read: beautiful views at night), we got assigned one of the two tables outside and picked some delicious dishes to share -...good service and great food!More, After a 45 minute wait, during which we could walk around Williamsburg, we got a large round table and ordered the brunch deal and a few other bites.

First time eating at the gem in the lower east side. from our tandoori oven with spicy chickpeas, curried cabbage & cucumber yogurt, roasted red pepper, tomato & jalapeno puree, served with mesclun salad, with red peppers, garlic, olive oil & lemon, with Spelt Berries & Preserved Lemon over sheep's milk yogurt, with crispy okra served with herb cous cous, balsamic reduction, arugula & french fries, herb salad with toasted almonds, crushed fingerling potatoes & cumin aioli, lemon balsamic glaze, grilled zucchini & watercress citrus salad. Very nice, One of the most consistent restaurants I ever visited.

The sauce was delicious and different and we started the meal with pita and hummus and falafel. But the decor is cute and welcoming with a great outdoor/indoor patio area out back.

Usually there a few times a month, It is a true neighborhood institution. I will definitely go back when I am back in Manhattan. I had the Middle Eastern Breakfast and the pita bread that came with it was REALLY good, and hummus was okay i guess.
