One of our flaws is that even though we have all of these programs, the basketball and football team are shown a lot of favoritism.

Students here are gritty, passionate, funny, and kind. However they were very understanding, and allow us to apply. The school offered great resources and the counselors actually care about you. Especially for it to be in such an underfunded area on the Southside of Chicago with majority minority students, they've done an excellent job preparing us and setting is above what the mainstream says we could become. I noticed that the staff had a hard time getting me caught up with essentials such as my student email, school ID, schedule, etc.

Over the years, I came to appreciate all aspects of my school. Those are the flaws.
