Today, and for the last 4 yrs, I use a regular shampoo from Aveda once a week after the comments about getting a good clean in. But then a friend suggested WEN and it is great. I use about five different kinds. Used Wen about 5 years ago.

I will not spend money on WEN again. I even take it to the salon, I dont even want their shampoos in my hair. I got the six thirteen and with in 2 was I noticed a huge huge difference.
