Headache inducing. I knew nothing about the widows of India and their plight. Rentals include 30 days to start watching this video and 48 hours to finish once started. The online movies are categorized in to 21 different categories to stream. Reviewed in the United Kingdom on January 1, 2013.

The story is an eye-opener, too, into a culture that we Americans would like to believe does not really exist in our day and time.

A depressingly informative film based on the plight of widows in India in the 1930's, during the time of Ghandi, which, we are told, has not improved that much today. Also, the scenery is so beautiful (filmed in Sri Lanka) and the little girl that plays Chuila is an absolutely amazing actress.
